Coverage Requirements
Our warranties require that recommended surface preparation was completed, approved paint products were used, and the property owner has maintained normal care of painted surfaces.
Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, abuse, improper cleaning, structural issues, moisture intrusion, or natural disasters. Normal wear and tear in high-traffic areas is expected.
Making a Claim
If you experience any issues covered by our warranty, simply contact us. We'll schedule a site visit to assess the situation and make any necessary repairs promptly at no charge.
Transferability
Our workmanship warranty is transferable to new property owners with written notice, making your home more attractive to potential buyers.
